21 and Over
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or join a club. You are responsible for knowing and following the betting laws where you live. Do not use this site where sports betting is not legal for you.
Opinion, Not Advice
Our plays, star ratings, records, write-ups and odds are information and opinion only. They are not financial, legal or betting advice, and no result is guaranteed. Past results do not promise future results. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own risk.
We Do Not Take Bets
How to Bet Football is not a sportsbook. Nothing on this site accepts, places or settles a wager. Odds and scores come from outside sources, may be delayed, and may not match what a sportsbook shows you.
Your Account
- One account is for one person.
- An account can be logged in on one phone or device at a time. Logging in on a new device signs out the old one.
- Each account has a daily login limit.
- Do not share your account, passcodes or member plays. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared or misused.
Memberships
Every club is free right now. If we start charging, we will tell members before any charge, and payment terms will be shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
Our Content
The plays, graphics, records and write-ups on this site belong to How to Bet Football. You may share our public posts with a link back to us. You may not copy, resell or republish member plays.
No Warranty and Limit of Liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, How to Bet Football is not liable for any loss, including betting losses, that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
