Refund Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026.

Every club is free right now, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund.

When paid memberships, day passes or specials begin, all purchases are final and non-refundable. You can cancel a membership at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Our record: 5-Star Plays 72.2% winners (221-85). Early Release Club 65.4% winners (519-275). Game Day Club 60.6% winners (459-299). We are committed to holding our plays to the standard of these past results. Past results do not guarantee future results.
